Gardening The Mind
Gardening the Mind is a small, live group for people who want to shift out of stress and survival mode, and create the inner conditions where calm, joy, safety and resilience can grow.
Rather than forcing change, we work like gardeners: tending the soil, removing the weeds and most importantly planting and nurturing what we want to grow in our garden.
You’re invited to show up as you are, and let change unfold through care rather than effort.
How the group unfolds
Each week, we gather live in a small circle and explore a clear theme through guided practice and reflection. You’ll receive:
Weekly 75-90 minute live, small-group session with practices, reflections and teachings and Q&A
Recorded EFT tapping sequences aligned with each weekly theme
Recorded meditations to support integration between sessions
Simple, printable reflections and practices you can return to
All materials shared privately after each session, available forever
Topics we will explore:
Understanding why the brain becomes stuck in survival and how we can shift it
Cultivating self-kindness and compassion
Cultivating joy and playfulness
